In 2007 CFS returned to the 60's (specifically a 1963 college campus) for Love's Labour's Lost. Shakespeare's romantic comedy was brought to life among a Greek fraternity and sorority at the "University of Navarre". Songs and dance of the day enhanced the story, and delighted thousands of audience members. During intermission, many unable to resist the music's energy, |
left their picnics and joined the players in a round of Limbo and a dance to the "Shout". And while Lieberman's unique interpretation of this story's close, brought many who remembered that year to tears; everyone leaving the performances left with a smile. (Scroll over images to enlarge.) |
